Applying to ISA
ISA’s application process is done completely online. Here’s how you can get started:
- If you are new to ISA, we would recommend first completing an online inquiry form so that we can send you some information to help you learn about the school. Then once you have made a decision about applying to ISA you can use the same login credentials from your inquiry to access the online application portal and complete an online application.
- Current ISA families and staff members who already have an ISA login account may apply here.
- If you made an inquiry to ISA previously, or if you have already started an application, you can log in to your online application portal to complete the process. You don’t need to start the inquiry process again.
The online application portal will guide you through what information you need to submit and what documents you need to upload. The instructions are very straightforward, and if you’re having any difficulty you can always reach out to us at admissions@isa.nl.
Please note that an application is not considered as started until the application fee has been paid, and the Student Application and Household Information sections in the online application portal are complete. The date that all these three sections are completed is the date that will be considered as the date of application. This is important for prioritising which applicants will eventually be allocated places in each grade level.
Once you have started your application one of our admissions officers will be in touch with you to help you complete the application. This might mean adding new documents, clarifying some educational information, adjusting details in the household information etc. Rest assured we are here to help with getting everything in order so that the application can be reviewed and considered for admission.
Please visit the Admissions FAQs section and check the menu on the right-hand side for admissions checklist packets per grade level to get an idea of what documents and information you will need to submit for an application to ISA.
Review Process & Admissions Decision
Once an applicant’s file is fully complete, the file will undergo a detailed review by key faculty and staff, including the Admissions Office and the Head of Lower or Upper School. Upon completion of the review process, families will receive an email with notification of the admissions decision and information regarding availability of space.
The school reserves the right to refuse admission to a student for reasons considered relevant by the school.
The dates below give an indication of which grade level is appropriate for a child’s age for the 2024-2025 school year. However, we carefully give individual consideration to all applications with regard to grade placement, and will decide upon an appropriate grade placement based on previous school records and other supporting documents. Please see our Admissions Policy for more details.
